Servings: 1 Jar
- 300 grams Macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla paste or high-quality vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Fine sea salt
Roast the Nuts: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the macadamia nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 6 to 8 minutes, until they reach a beautiful, warm golden-brown color. Let them cool slightly.
Begin Blending: Transfer the warm roasted macadamia nuts, vanilla paste, and salt into a high-speed food processor or blender.
Process Until Smooth: Blend on high speed. Every minute or so, pause to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula to ensure an even blend. Continue processing until the natural oils release and the mixture becomes completely smooth, glossy, and creamy.
Store: Transfer the finished butter into a clean, airtight glass jar.
